Article 6:  Property Values (optional) – This section contains four statements regarding the value of property currently owned and to be owned within the next year. Fill in the dollar amounts where indicated.

Article 7:  Other Provisions(optional)  – If needed, attach a separate sheet of paper outlining any other provision of your corporation not covered in these Illinois Articles of Incorporation. Subjects to cover could include such things as the specifics of your internal voting structure, etc.

Article 8: Incorporator – Whomever files your articles of incorporation must sign this section and provide their address.
