Filing Fees Required to Incorporate in Georgia

In Georgia, the Secretary of State is in charge of administering all fees for business entities in the state, including the Georgia Incorporation fee. The fee for the Annual Registration of your corporation in Georgia is $30.00. If you have amended your Articles of Incorporation, the Annual Registration of the Amendment is at $30.00 fee. There is no fee if you choose at some point to change your Registered Agent or dissolve your corporation entirely. However, should you later seek to reinstate your corporation, the fee will be $100.00.
