Florida LLC Fees
Florida requires that all LLCs register with the state. The total filing fee for Florida LLC formation is $125, which includes a $100 fee to file the Florida Articles of Organization and a $25 fee for the designation of a Florida Registered Agent. Upon completion of registration, a letter of acknowledgement will be issued to you. You may opt to receive a certified copy of your Articles of Organization for an additional $30 fee and/or Certificate of Status for a $5 fee.
To register your LLC, submit a check for the total filing fee and any additional fees to the Florida Department of State:

Along with check for all LLC fees, include a cover letter containing the name, address, and daytime phone number for the individual submitting the Articles of Organization.
